Peter Wedgwood graduated from the La Cordon Blue Culinary institute with Le Grande Diploma (Cuisine & Pastry) in 2002. He then furthered his studies in Adelaide, Australia by completing a B.B.A with focus Restaurant Management in 2004.
Through his experience in Australia, Peter gathered food knowledge and tastes that he would bring home and enrich his cooking expertise.
